The researchers Marcello Ienca and Roberto Andorno 2017 publish interesting ethical considerations of the consequence of nanotechnologies to neuroscience, in this paper.

They propose some new human rights:

  • The right to “Cognitive Liberty”
  • The right to “Mental Privacy”
  • The right to “Mental Integrity”
  • The right to “Psychological Continuity”
